The Mobile Engine Client The Mobile Infrastructure / SAP Netweaver Mobile has the following components: Mobile Infrastructure client: A Java based application that can run on Pocket PC 2003 / 2002 and all Win 32 plattforms Mobile Infrastructure server components: The middleware of the Mobile Infrastructure is based on a SAP Web Application Server (WebAS) version 6.20 (for Mobile Engine 2.1) or 6.40 (for Mobile Infrastructure 2.5). The middleware can be splitted into two parts: The J2EE server components (SyncServlet and WebConsole), running on the SAP J2EE Engine (a J2EE compatible server) and the ABAP server components, running on the WebAS ABAP stack; The ABAP componets are delivered with the standard WebAS installation.
